Shipments within New Zealand are sent using NZ Post standard mail, please ensure you select Track and Trace when placing your order if you would like your order sent NZ Post Tracked mail. International deliveries are sent using NZ Post Economy Delivery. In the case of a particularly large order, we will contact you to confirm exact delivery details and costings.

We want you to be completely satisfied with the books that you purchase from us, either by post, phone or via our website.

If you are not happy for any reason, you can return the product to us within seven working days of receipt, provided it is unused, in its original packaging and in original condition. In these circumstances we will refund the price you paid for the product plus the postage you paid to have it sent to you. If your return is for part of a larger order, we will refund the proportion of the postage charged for the item being returned. We do not refund returns postage costs.
